Add Billable Revenue column to Billed Utilization #586

Motivation

provide insight into billable revenue for each month.

Completion Criteria

Column added to each month and to the Combined table.

Description

[x] create a revenue table that houses the current SU values
[x] create a new column for September for testing as nobody is looking at that now
[x] pass by @waygil
[x] add column to the rest of the months
[x] add column to the combined for each month
[x] update combined to use VLOOKUP instead of direct pull
[x] update issue for pivot table to use new column
