Add records for nerc-ocp-test-2 cluster to nerc.mghpcc.org #619

The nerc-dns repository is currently managing the nerc.rc.fas.harvard.edu domain rather than the nerc.mghpcc.org domain. Taj's recent pull request, nerc-project/nerc-dns#20, was intended to create new records in nerc.mghpcc.org.

These records will need to be added manually until the necessary delegation is set up to allow the nerc-dns repository to manage the nerc.mghpcc.org domain.
