RH Gig access to nerc-logs-metrics and nerc-obs-admins teams #720

@larsks we have an ai-telemetry gig starting up with 2 awesome Red Hat associates, Cristiano Saggin (GitHub username: rh-csaggin), and Dheeraj Jodha (GitHub username: dheerajodha). Could you please grant them access to the nerc-logs-metrics and nerc-obs-admins teams, as well as the operations repo for issues?

I've sent them the invites for the ocp-on-nerc org. @joachimweyl will have to grant them access to the operations repository.
