Create GitHub team for AI4DD team #731

Motivation

AI4DD is a research project between RH and IBM research which will leverage nerc-ocp-test cluster for their workloads

Completion Criteria

ai4dd-admins GitHub team created with user eldritchjs in group

From my understanding this is not needed anymore. If they are going to be using prod it would be better to have them do everything through coldfront no?

@tssala23 I think for this particular use case (RH/IBM research project), and given that there is interest in getting them access to their own dedicated cluster at some point, I think it makes sense to manage it this way like with kruize. This way we can easily move things down the road if/when they get their own cluster

@dystewart In speaking with Jason and Heidi it seems like they want to keep this on the production cluster, and are currently getting the rest of the team set up to use prod. You can confirm this with Heidi
