In RHOAI in our experience, users can only choose the number of gpus not necessarily what type of gpu, if multiple types are available. This is easy enough to do via regular workloads in OpenShift via nodeSelector, but there is not a clear way to do this in RHOAI.

[x] We have multiple types of GPUs in the nerc-ocp-prod cluster A100 and V100 so create a workbench and take a look around.
[ ] If there's nothing out of the box to do this, reach out to the product team (RHOAI) to make a request for this
[ ] Determine if we can use taints/gatekeeper as a workaround for this
