BM Google sheet update to enable copy paste to Invoice #797

Motivation

To avoid hand calculations and manually combining nodes update the google sheet to create exactly what is to be pasted into the Invoice.

Completion Criteria

able to copy and paste BM info into an invoice.

Description

[x] Create a new sheet for Combined paste
[x] Create a new sheet for Lenovo paste
[x] update calculations so we can mostly automate this process
[x] make manual updates to allow for the fix we must do this month
- We did not know about some BM usage and therefore need to add the previous month's data for Noodles and InstaSlice.
