Motivation

Need to fix this before researchers can utilize this cluster.

Completion Criteria

Login fixed and vault config job completes in nerc-ocp-infra cluster.

Description

[ ] Determine what is causing login errors
[ ] Implement fix for login
[ ] Confirm secrets are in place to finish vault config job
