Help with changing specific user Project Metadata #827

I would like to be able to change the metadata.annotations.['openshift.io/display-name'] of the OpenShift project chris-3114b1, but I get this error:

error: projects.project.openshift.io "chris-3114b1" could not be patched: projects.project.openshift.io "chris-3114b1" is forbidden: User "zhang.jenn@northeastern.edu" cannot patch resource "projects" in API group "project.openshift.io" in the namespace "chris-3114b1" What access level is necessary to modify the project metadata?
