Use readonly and in modifier in more places to reduce large struct copying.
Fix TransparentP2PKHReceiver.UnifiedReceiverTypeCode
Add missing [UnscopedRef] attributes.
Fix C# network-connected unit tests.
Add by-value equality to more inline array structs.
Convert a bunch of unsafe fixed array structs to use [InlineArray]
