Could/Does the model distinguish between growth due to transmission and growth due to import? #1

The ACT Govt as well as the Vic Gov have data showing how new cases got the virus. Obviously this information could have a large bearing on inferences regarding the rate of transmission. From your .stan file it appears that this is not included. Could it be?

Ah, what an interesting idea, thanks! Looks like pappubahry has collected that data for NSW.
