Sprint Retrospectives

As an employee, I would like to leave my personal rating of the sprint so we have it in one centralized place.

Acceptance Criteria

• on the sprint card, I can leave my retro notes for the sprint (rating the sprint on a scale of 1-5 stars plus free text, potentially formatted using markdown)
• I can see the retro notes/rating of everyone on the team and the average rating on the sprint card
• the sprint rating over time by employee can be seen in the graph at the top of the sprints page
• if I did not yet leave my feedback about the last sprint, there's a huge box on my dashboard reminding me of it
• there's a checkmark on the feedback line of the sprint card that indicates that I have given my retro notes for that sprint

New Acceptance Criteria

When we demoed this feature in the review meeting, we stumbled across a few things we need to change:

• HR should be allowed to change ALL the retro data (so that Jens can backfill old retros)
• ALL retros should be editable – especially the current one. We don't need to check if it is "almost done"
• Make sure HR can also add/edit their own feedback

Looks good to me. The only thing that I would create a new story for is editing your own rating. E.g. if you've typos or you forgot something

Backend Sync: We think it's best to do this story later in the sprint, maybe last, and prioritize KS instead.

On the sprint card, we show all the retros and the average score. You can also edit your existing retros if you forgot something.

You can also choose to skip a retro if you were sick, on holiday, or feel otherwise unable to rate the sprint. (This is also pragmatic for all our past sprints where we probably don't want to go back and fill all of them out.)
