Fix timezone for church command #202

Describe the bug Church-fights start at 6pm and not 4pm

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a church-fight
  2. Wait till 4pm
  3. Wait till 6pm

Expected behavior A church fight at 4pm, not at 6pm!

Expected solution Add timezone to church scheduler.
