Export tags groups #53

Category groups have recently been added.

Categories and tags are considered content and synchronising them will not be part of this tool. If you wish you can write your own plugin and make use of the registerMigrationService hook.

@bvangennep sorry, I meant the groups :/ But still why do you only export the Category groups and not the Tag groups?
