I also recommend including the following instructions for using the ScrumMaster Digital Checklist:

This is just a template. To make an editable copy, in Google Docs, click "File -> Make a copy..." and then replace the word "TEMPLATE" in the title with the name of the team you're working with. Make a separate copy of the checklist for each team you work with.

I included these instructions as a mouseover note in the template as well.
