French translation #4

The first commit add the new PDF French translation. The second add the LibreOffice source file. I think it's interesting to keep this file in git, so it could be enhanced in the future. Note that the link to the PDF of the Polish translation is invalid. The file extension is missing.

That's weird about the Polish link... it's working for me.
