Carousel nav font must be really small on mobile devices to fit #280

Might be best to keep just the icons on selected service in the carousel nav on mobile devices. Then perhaps we should add the title back in right above the description just for mobile.

After switching carousel nav titles to lowercase, this isn't needed as the font can be a bit bigger.
