Generate.py file not found from tutorial #160

I am unable to replicate the fruit in the bowl despite downloading everything in the tutorial (FYI, I used git clone and curl where needed)

Turns out I needed to make a conda env from scratch and not add on to a pre-existing one. Hope this helps someone.
