Hi,
That's not the fix from #38, this is:
sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme-full
Thanks,
Dave M

Dave,
I tried "sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme-full" Result:
"gnome-icon-theme-full is already the newest version."
Still won't run.

Hi Jerry,
Can you pop open a terminal window? Type "clamtk" without quotes, and let me
know if any error messages come up.
Thanks,
Dave M

Dave'
Sorry about the way my reply appears: apparently Optimum webmail did not accept
the "add to dictionary" corrections I made. Corrected:
I didn't run clamtk with quotes, they were to clarify what was sent and
received in Konsole. Didn't work, I guess.
This is the message I get: Icon 'gtk-new' not present in theme at
/usr/share/perl5/ClamTk/GUI.pm line 281.
Thanks again,
Jerry

Hi Jerry,
Well, that is weird. I don't have Kubuntu installed, but I do have Ubuntu
15.04 installed, and you're right - clamtk got installed somehow but apparently
not with gnome-icon-theme-full. But ClamTk works on it still.
Are you using a custom theme of some kind?
Thanks,
Dave M

Dave,
I am using the default theme.

Jerry,
I may have found the problem:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343555
There may not be a way to display Gtk2 apps. I'm kind of working on a Gtk3
version, but I'm not sure that will work. I think the Oxygen theme has a Gtk2
port, but I'm not sure.
Thanks,
Dave M

Dave,
Thanks for trying. I switched to the Oxygen theme-no luck, same problem.
If you come up with a solution, please let me know.
Jerry

Hello,
I do not think ClamTk can be used with Kubuntu unfortunately. ClamTk does work
with most Ubuntu builds though.
If I come up with an answer, I will post back. But right now, I cannot do
anything about this to fix it. I will keep looking...
Thanks,
Dave M
