All PR/Issues view #16

It would be great to have a quick way to get to a view that shows all the PR/Issues the user has in an open state across all repos, similar to the PR/ Issues buttons in the GH website header.

Otherwise (unless I'm missing something) the user has to open each of the repos to see if there is anything new, which is specially painful if the user doesn't own the repos and therefore they aren't in the left bar.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely add that for v1.5 along with profile page and more!
