Handle issue/PR link navigation #21

When click on a link to an issue or PR on GitHub, please don't open a browser and open the link, instead can JitHub open the corresponding issue/PR in a new JitHub tab?

Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely try to do that. The current behavior is just due to the nature of webview which is what I use to display markdown text. I'll need to decide whether to fix this with the webview or to address this with native markdown rendering.
