Hi, thanks for coming by the project. This python module is meant to be integrated into an application, the authentication functions need to not block the regular runtime.

Leaving that aside, it might be good to note that since while the module is open sourced, the API that it uses is closed and requires University Credentials, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, testing contributions isn't really possible outside the institution
