We sometimes want to know the estimate to when could our requested songs will be played. ETAs are actually shown in our List All Tracks (/tracks) command, but currently only limited items are displayed.

Add a new command that will return the estimated time on when the specific track number will be played. Suggested command: /eta <track_number>
