[ ] Create Step 2 of Add Skill Map Screen
[ ] Title can be Select Employees
[ ] Show filter and pagination
[ ] Actions will also include: Cancel & Exit, Back button, Check & Review
[ ] If Cancel & Exit is clicked, redirect to View Skill Map Admin screen (screen will be implemented in diff ticket)
[ ] If Back button is clicked, redirect to Step 1
[ ] If Check & Review is clicked redirect to Step 2
[ ] On Step 2, title will be Review Employees. Show selected employees from Step 1 and show excluded (not selected) employees with Active status
[ ] Actions will also include: Cancel & Exit, Back button, Save & Proceed
[ ] If Back button is clicked, redirect to Step 2 A
[ ] If Save & Proceed an api call will be triggered (separate ticket will be created) and upon success response redirect to View Skill Map Admin
