Integrate API on View Skill Map Admin

• [ ] Integrate GET skill-map-administration by id API

• [ ] Populate table with following data:

  • Name
  • Status
  • Period
  • Schedule
  • Description
  • Selected Employees

• [ ] Show following actions:

  • Back button (should redirect to Skill Map Admin List)
  • Add Employees button (should redirect to Update Skill Map Admin - Step 2)
  • More Actions

• [ ] Display More Actions options based on ff status:

  • Draft: Edit, Delete
  • Pending: Edit, Cancel
  • Ongoing: Cancel, Close
  • Closed: Reopen

• [ ] API implementations for actions will be covered in separate ticket
