[ ] Integrate API to display current skill map admin data to populate following fields:
- Name
- Status
- Description
[ ] Create API to retrieve user's skills and previous rating
[ ] Populate following fields based on API above:
- Skill
- Skill Category
- Previous Rating
[ ] Create and integrate API to delete Skill action for specific user
[ ] Create and integrate API to Save & Submit Skill Map Form; insert necessary record on skill_map_results and skill_map_ratings table
