Create Skill Map - did not retain the data in step 1 #1076

Steps to replicate for Create Skill Map:

  1. Create new Skill Map
  2. In step 1, populate all fields and proceed to the next step
  3. In step 2 or 3, Go Back to step 1

Issue: Did not retain the data in step 1, fields are empty.

Expected: Data should be retained. Please follow the Create Evaluation behavior.

Upon checking the ticket I think it's fix now.
