Skill Map Form - Added skills will be cleared after refresh

Pre-conditioned:

• Create 2 Skill Map Admin with the same user employee.

Steps:

1. Login the user added in skill map
2. Fill up and submit the first form
3. Click to open the 2nd form
4. Then refresh the browser

Actual:

• The Default skills display from the recent viewed skill map form will be cleared after refreshing the browser.

Conditions:

• First checking is the latest Period end date.
• If both skill map forms has the same period end date, next checking is the submitted date.

Expected: The default skills should be displayed for the next skill map form depending on the conditions above.

Actual:

• Based on the video, the first form, which has already been submitted, is the most recent. When I open the ongoing form, it appears to be cleared.

• The default skills added in the form should be those from the most recently submitted one
