Skill Map Form - Previous rating data is displayed based on the current rating after submitted #1134

Note: This issue will be replicable only in new added skill.

Steps:

  1. Create Skill Map 1 (Jan1 - Apr 30, 2021)
  2. Add Employee 1
  3. Open User Employee 1
  4. Add ".Net" skill, set to "beginner" and submit
  5. Create Skill Map 2 (Jan1 - Apr 30, 2022)
  6. Add Employee 1
  7. Open User Employee 1
  8. Add "Acey Skill" skill, set to "intermediate"
    • Check the Previous rating, should display "No rating"
  9. Click "Submit" button
    • Check the Previous rating again

Actual: The "Acey Skill" skill data display in Previous rating is " Intermediate"

Expected: It should be "No rating"
