Skill Map Form - Slider is not reflected by default if the recent submitted has same period start and end date

Steps:

Create 4 skill map, 2 of them set same Period start and end date, other 2 set different date
Open employee user
Open 2st skill map and add 1 skill then submit
Open 1nd skill map and check the default added skills

Actual:

Expected:

Note: This issue can also be replicated every time the recent form submitted first has a late date before the earlier date.
