Skill Map Form - No Rating is shown in previous submitted skills #1192

Steps to replicate:

  1. Add at least 2 new skill map
    • Skill Map 1 (Period: Jan 1-April 30 2021)
    • Skill Map 2 (Period: Jan 1-April 30 2022)
  2. Login the user added in skill map
  3. Open Skill Map 1
  4. Add Angular and set rating to Beginner then submit
  5. Open Skill Map 2
    • Expected list of skills and previous rating & default slider value: Angular (Beginner)
  6. Click ADD NEW SKILLS button
  7. In Add Skills screen, click Add button
    • Note: with or without new skill selected

Issue: In Previous Rating, No Rating is shown for the previous submitted skills.

Expected: Previous Rating should be based on the previous submitted skills. Sample above - Angular (Beginner)
