Skill Map Forms (Reopen) - rating and delete issues for newly added Other Skills #1230

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create skill map 1
  2. Login user added in skill map 1
  3. Open skill map 1 form
  4. Add at least 1 other skills and submit
    • with or without skills added -> table above the other skills)
  5. Go to admin user
  6. Open skill map 1
  7. Reopen submitted user
  8. Open submitted user
  9. Add new other skills

Issue 1: After steps 1 to 9, click Rating for the newly added other skills. • Rating is not clickable / not working.

Issue 2: After steps 1 to 9, delete the newly added other skills • Delete action is not working.

Expected: Should be able to add rating and can delete the new added other skills.

Note for Issue 1 and 2: It will only works when the page is refreshed.
