Other Skills - + ADD OTHER SKILLS button is highlighted even the modal is already opened #1233

Note: This issue can be replicable in Chrome only

Steps:

  1. Open skill map form
  2. Click + ADD OTHER SKILLS button
  3. While the add skill modal is displayed, type any keyword on your keyboard
  4. Check the + ADD OTHER SKILLS button
