Skill Map Form - rating issue under Other Skills #1239

Steps to replicate:

  1. Open form with Ongoing status
  2. Add 2 or more Other Skills
  3. Click the Beginner rating in any skills

Issue: Rating are set to Beginner for all added skills.

Expected: Selected rating should be reflected in specific skill only. Rating for other added skills should not be affected.
