Skill Map Graph - hover Skill Map Period #1271

[ ] Check if for this graph component x-axis values (highlighted on screenshot) if we can implement hover on each of those values
[ ] On hover on those values, show the equivalent Skill Map Admin Name
[ ] Hover value can be displayed at the top of cursor

Not OK in Beta

Actual: Skill Map Admin Name is displayed along with the Period end date.

Expected: Skill Map Admin Name should be shown when hovering over the period end date. Hover value should be displayed at the top of cursor

Hello @chadiegilnerubia, there's some changes in the graph in X axis

Please remove the Skill Map Admin Name & () outside of month and year
As is the hover on the point

Note: Check if we can implement hover events on the x-axis values (highlighted in the screenshot) for this graph component.

Currently, I have included the skill map admin name in the data points tooltip because the library we are using does not support hover events on the x-axis values.

Note: Need to update AC. • As per dev, hover events on the x-axis values is not implemented. • Agreed behavior - skill map admin name will show in the data points tooltip.
