My Skill Map, Skill Map Search and Skill Map Results - Ongoing form is shown in graph

Issue: Ongoing form is added to the graph with No Rating data shown for the submitted skills from previous form.

Expected: Only the submitted form and the closed form with submitted skills should be shown in the graph.
