Survey Results - remove Respondents and Companions with Draft and Ongoing status #1299

Issue: Respondents and Companions with Draft and Ongoing status were added in Survey Results.

Expected: -Respondents and Companions with Draft and Ongoing status should be removed in Survey Results (By Respondent and By Answer). -Only submitted respondents and companions should be displayed in Survey Results.

Not OK in Beta

Issue: Companions with Draft and Ongoing status are still displayed in Survey Results (By Respondent).
