On My Skill Map screen, currently it is showing this if my_skill_map result is empty

Update current UI and show something like this - set and fetch from email template type: No Result for My Skill Map

Not OK in Beta

Issue: Incorrect default msg displayed, it is for No Pending Survey Forms template type.

Expected: Should display the default msg for No Result for My Skill Map template type.
