External Evaluator - All companions added from the survey form are shown on the list #1361

Pre-condition:

Steps to replicate

  1. Open the added survey form
  2. Select order for respondent
  3. Add companion and select orders
  4. Submit all
  5. Go to External Survey and search the companion added

Actual: It will shown on the list

  1. Go to Evaluation admin and create new
  2. Do the step 1- 4
  3. On step 4 click add external button and find those companion
  4. Select to add as external evaluator

Actual: It will allow

Verified OK I created new survey, fill up form and add companion image

I checked the companion added and it's already removed image

I created also new evaluation and added evaluator and it's already removed image
