Skill Map Search - Add Employee Status filter

On Skill Map Search screen, add Employee Status filter (by default it should filter Active employees only)

Employee Status filter will be a dropdown with following values:

• Active
• Inactive
• All

Add this field after Name filter

Update API for necessary changes, you can use is_active column in users table to filter

Issue 1: Filter name should be Employee Status Issue 2: Employee Status filter should be added after Name filter

Inactive employees are not displayed when filtering "All".

• Actual - Incorrect total records - by default includes the inactive employees.
• Expected - by default should filter Active employees only
