Issue found in Mobile view responsiveness:

  1. Evaluator card size is not fixed. If the name is long, the size will adjust.
  2. Tooltip display is not flexible.

  3. Save button behavior is confusing. Note: I tried it also in Desktop display and it's replicable Steps:

    • Input in Comment and Recommendations field
    • Clear the fields
    • Hover the Save button

    Actual: The Save button is still enabled and highlighted when in hover. Expected: The Save button should be back to disabled.
