Project Assignments - UI Enhancement for Search and Filter #737

List of changes:

  1. Adjust the size of Date Duration field
  2. Transfer the location of Search and Clear button below Role
  3. A little bit adjustment of Create Assignment button to the left
  4. Make sure that the Role field, Clear button and Create Assignment button are aligned.
