View Project Enhancements

DESCRIPTION

Please make the following changes:

[x] Add Description (currently, this is not displayed)
[x] For Status, display as a badge
[x] If there are no skills, change text from Not found to No skills added yet. Click here to add. here will be a hyperlink, when clicked, redirect to Select Skills screen. When ADD button is clicked from this screen, redirect to EDIT PROJECT screen.
[x] If there are no project members (same as sample screenshot above), change text from Not found to No team members added yet. Click here to add. here will be a hyperlink, when clicked, redirect to New Project Assignment screen. The project should be auto populated.
