Evaluation Progress - Nudge dialog #752

Steps to replicate:

  1. Navigate to Evaluations List
  2. Click on a record with status Ongoing
  3. On View Evaluation screen, click Progress button
  4. On Evaluation Progress screen, you will see Nudge button
  5. Hover on Nudge button, you will see tooltip with history of sent reminders and a View More option
  6. Click on View More and see Email Logs dialog

Actual: Action buttons shown are No and Yes

Expected: Should show Close button only
