[x] Can you provide suggestions on how to improve these further? The horizontal scroll bars look awkward.

Done fixing this from previous ticket I have group the evaluees and remove the horizontal scroll for each evaluee instead I group them into one. here is the ticket link 🔽

@chadiegilnerubia additional changes need to be done:

Remove Evaluee Role column and add Evaluee Role data beside Project
Remove % column and add % data beside Duration
Remove scroll bar
