View Survey and Evaluation Admin Progress: Email Logs issue #924

Investigate why email log is showing below. Actual: Email log is shown in all surveys/evaluations with the same respondent added. Expected: Email log should display in a specific survey/evaluation under on a respondent where the user clicks the nudge.

Please change the Timezone to Philippine Timezone (GMT+8)
