More specific location output when creating user auth cert

Users have the ability to change the home dir for the CLI config files and so it may not always be ~/.nerves-hub like the output says when authenticating a user and creating the auth cert/key.

So this changes the output to read the home dir that NervesHubCLI has been configured to use
