We would like to expose each of the animation types on a page where the user can toggle each one on or off. This will include or exclude the respective animation in the list of animations that can be selected (cycled through) on the dashboard.
This is the first iteration of this design and will be expanded on in the future.
Acceptance Criteria
[x] A page at /animations displays the animation types.
[x] Each animation type can be toggled on or off, which makes it either available or unavailable when the user cycles animations.
[x] This works when cycling animations on the dashboard page.
[x] This works when cycling animations with the hardware keypad.
[x] A menu item exists to navigate to the animations page.
