parse items_in_stock for MeloperoIt
update list of product update items with the rpilocator livebook
distribute the order of product update jobs so that all job workers don't request the same vendor at the same time
update VendorProductAvailabilityChart to use a stock count of 1 for items without a stock count when the series contains items with a stock count
