Quectel: Add warning about new Linux versions #94

The patch here breaks support for these modems since the necessary serial ports no longer show up. See https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/2bb70f0a4b238323e4e2f392fc3ddeb5b7208c9e.

The workaround is to either 1. patch the Linux kernel to remove that commit or 2. switch to QMI.
