Clarify starting for different version of Elixir #13

Even knowing of the change to Elixir 1.4 I got caught up on this because I was focused on getting wifi setup. Since I added applications to my application config I ran into other modules not working on my device. In my host config I didn't have that so the issue was further exacerbated by the modules being available on the host iex session.

This text was included as part of the new project generator in the Readme. I took a look at what they say about it now, and it seems that this text is just omitted.

Because the use of the wifi library depends on Registry we can safely assume that users will be on 1.4 and remove this message.
